Through this journey, I've become a seasoned trilingual product designer fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. My expertise lies in qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, accessibility, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
My passion for User Experience Design stems from personal experiences, especially growing up with a unique perspective on disability in my family.

Sole supported one of my accounts for nine months as a UX designer. Her positive attitude and delivery for the client enabled me to expand my client contacts and served as a boost to our relationships. While the client industry (oil and gas) was new to her, she took her own time to educate herself and made an effort to truly learn the client's business while designing digital interfaces that will be adopted in the field to support business operations. From conducting heuristic reviews, writing testing scripts, designing Power apps, and gathering requirements, Sole brought 100% to the her work for this client. Sole's ability to ask good questions was also incredibly beneficial to her work and our success. I love working with Sole at Slalom and trust her with successfully delivering for our clients.
